WHO WE ARE
“Angels of Joy” is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide psychosocial support
to individuals in health and welfare settings by utilizing the powerful influence of art.
Our journey began in 2011 with theatrical performances in Attica-based children’s hospitals.
Our work is founded on the principles of humanism and altruism.
Currently, we implement wide-ranging programs encompassing art, education, and therapy,
primarily for children hospitalized or residing in child protection institutions,
individuals with disabilities,
older persons,
and the dedicated employees operating within these institutions.
Our interdisciplinary and artistic team methodically develops programs that are tailored to the specific requirements of the targeted population.
These programs exemplify inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and accessibility, constituting the foundation of our overall approach.
In addition, our interventions are carefully performed under the guidance of certified therapists, accomplished artists,
and other professionals trained in working with vulnerable populations.
We have consistently expanded the reach of our valuable artistic influence for more than a decade,
offering joy and comfort to those in need.
