Psychological Empowerment Program for Teenagers

A mental strengthening group program based on the Principles of Applied Theater and Music Therapy, aiming to develop children’s self-confidence and self-esteem.

The program is digitally adapted and implemented via live online sessions. We take advantage of technology with the use of digital material (selected videos, music, video clips) projected on screen, and serving as a trigger for further action and discussion.

Along with theater and music, we incorporate arts such as painting and cinema. Painting is an important means of expression for children and becomes part of a series of activities that lead to a specific goal each time.
