Celtic Harp and Storytelling

Celtic Harp and Storytelling
11 Apr 2024

Every week, in Elderly Care Units, the sound of the harp and the symbolism of fairy tales are used to create soundscapes that help to calm tensions and invite elder people to relax, unwind and dream. These soundscapes have a magnetic effect on older adults, enabling them to feel safe and secure, and allowing them to let go of their worries and concerns.

Our “Harp and Fairy Tale” program has been implemented since 2019 by our volunteer maria a. angeli, trainer and researcher of holistic learning, art curator, writer, and musician specialized in therapeutic harp / clinical musicianship.
