Custom-made theatrical performances

Acknowledging the fact that artistic events are not accessible for everyone, the Angels of Joy share their theatrical performances in Institutions for People with Disabilities. We thus give these socially vulnerable individuals the opportunity to come into contact with the joy of performing arts.

The musical-theatrical performances for these socially vulnerable groups are tailor-made for the particularities of each one of them (e.g those with autism, mobility problems or vision impairment). In each performance, participants are encouraged to interact with the actors and become part of the artistic experience, thus understanding the play’s values and themes.

All plays are created by the Angels of Joy writing team and focus on humanitarian and pedagogical values, such as love, friendship, solidarity, respect and resilience. Music -a key element of the performances- is composed by the artistic team of the Angels of Joy, specifically for each play.
